| 英文描述 | CHLAMYDOPHILA PSITTACI causes an acute, highly contagious disease of birds. Occurs worldwide and prevalent in colonially nesting species of wild birds. Turkeys, ducks, psittacine and many other birds, humans and other animals are susceptible to infection. Diagnosis is by history, laboratory tests, and a carefully conducted (this is a zoonotic disease) necropsy. Isolation of the organism done in chick embryo or mice. |
